Return & Exchange Information


The products that you have ordered are very carefully inspected before shipping. Because of the quality control used at our manufacturers and our own procedures, less then 1% of products shipped from SkyBurst.com are returned for any reason; perhaps the lowest rate of any mail order company.

Our guarantee:
We're confident that you will be satisfied with our products, however if you're if you're not 100% satisfied with our products, return them within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund.*


To ensure that you're creditted for your return send us an e-mail to returns@skyburst.com for return instructions. Upon receipt of the returned product, a credit is issued promptly.
*Excluding the cost of shipping, shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return freight.
    To make things go smoothly please supply SkyBurst with:
  • Your full name.
  • Your order number.
  • The ship-to address.
  • Your day time phone number.
  • A brief explanation of the return so that we can easily examine the returned product.

Damaged Shipments
We use the highest quality packages and shipping cartons. However once in a while a carton will be damaged in shipping. If the package appears to be damaged during transit, please keep the carton and contact us immediately so that we may process a shipping claim and get a replacement sent out to you.
The good news is that because the frames on our storage products are very strong and the cartons well constructed, damaged shipments are extremely rare.
